我国民营企业构建和谐稳定劳动关系的研究

A study on the Construction of Harmonious and Stable Labor Relations in Private Enterprises in China

"构建和谐劳动关系"是十九大报告中明确提出的目标要求,可见劳动关系的和谐稳定在构建和谐社会中发挥重要的作用。民营企业在改革开放40年的发展历程中也占有不可取代的地位,但在经济发展新常态下,民营企业也面临着新的市场环境和新的任务,而构建和谐稳定的劳动关系是当务之急。文章通过分析现今民营企业劳动关系的现状,进一步对和谐劳动关系度作出评价,并以此为基础,对构建和谐稳定的劳动关系提出相应的对策建议。

'Constructing harmonious labor relations' is a clear goal put forward in the report of the Nineteenth CPC National Congress,and it can be seen that harmonious and stable labor relations plays an important role in the construction of harmonious society.This year marks the 40 th anniversary of reform and opening up,during which the private enterprises have played an irreplaceable role.However, under the new normal economic development,private enterprises are also facing a new market environment and new tasks,so the construction of harmonious and stable labor relations is the top priority.By analyzing the current situation of labor relations in private enterprises,this paper further evaluates the degree of harmonious labor relations,on the basis some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for constructing harmonious and stable labor relations.
