摘要
文章介绍制度伦理的概念,分析制度伦理与改革的关系,并指出人本、公正、民主是高校人事制度改革的核心伦理诉求。剖析了高校人事改革中存在的制度伦理问题:'人本'的异化、'公正'的失范及'民主'的式微,提出高校人事制度改革过程中应重视制度伦理知识的普及、加快制度伦理规范的制定、加强制度伦理的审查,从而提升制度伦理的策略。
This article introduces the concept of institutional ethics and analyzes the relationship between institutional ethics and institutional reformations.It indicates that humanism,justice,and democracy are the cores of ethical requests in university personnel reformations.Eventually,in the perspective of institutional ethics,it analyzes the problems of institutional ethics existing in the personnel reform of colleges and universities:'alienation of humanism','anomie of justice'and'democracy'.In the process of personnel system reform in universities,we should attach importance to the popularization of institutional ethics knowledge,speed up the formulation of institutional ethics norms,and strengthen institutional ethics examination,so as to enhance the strategy of institutional ethics.
