A Study on the Construction of Minnan Dialects Expert Database

闽南方言主要分布于海峡两岸及东南亚,是'一带一路'沿线国家重要的交流工具之一。文章阐述了特色数据库、专家数据库及方言数据库建设现状及研究意义,从用户需求分析、专家名单的确定、数据库内容及格式的设定、系统的建设与完善等方面详细介绍了闽南方言专家数据库的建设思路,认为闽南方言专家数据库应该确保信息质量,努力挖掘数据价值,以专家数据库建设响应国家'一带一路'倡议。

Minnan dialects spoken mainly on both sides of Taiwan straits and in Southeast Asia are important means of communication for countries alongside the Belt and Road.The present paper states the characteristic database,the current construction status and research significance of the expert database and dialect database.It also introduces the construction thoughts from the aspects of user requirements analysis,picking-up of the experts,database content and format setting,construction and improvement of the system.By doing so,it can be conclude that Minnan dialects expert database should guarantee the information quality,spare no efforts to explore the value of the data,with a hope to make some contribution to the proceeding of the Belt and Road.
