新时代大学生兼职获得感研究

A Research on University Students’ Sense of Part Time Acquisition under the Background of New Era

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等,对福建6所本科高校2 997名大学生进行兼职获得感调查研究。结果表明:认知获得、专业获得、经济获得3个因子维度构成大学生兼职获得感因子结构体系,不同性别、专业、师范和非师范类、城乡等对福建大学生兼职获得感具有一定的交互作用和显著性差异;主体性、专业性和效益性等构成了新时代背景下大学生兼职获得感的特点。

The paper adopts literature,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics methods to carry out a research on the sense of part time acquisition by 2 997 university students from six universities in Fujian province.The results show the values of factor structure of university students’sense of part time acquisition consists of cognitive acquisition,professional acquisition,economic acquisition and so on.Students of different genders,professions,normal and non-teacher classes,urban and rural have interaction and the significant difference in their sense of part time acquisition.Subjectivity,professionalism and efficiency constitute the characteristics of sense of part time acquisition of University students in Fujian Province.
