The Route of Community Library in Quanzhou to Promote Civil Reading

百姓书房是泉州公共文化服务向基层延伸的新模式,是重要民生工程项目。通过调查分析泉州百姓书房的建设现状及其作为载体开展全民阅读时存在的局限性,提出从开拓多渠道营销、提升读者参与度、开展多元化阅读推广、把握读者诉求,营造第三文化空间等四方面入手,探索泉州百姓书房作为全民阅读点提供优质公共图书服务的路径。

In Quanzhou City,community library is a new extension of the public cultural services for common people,and also a key project to promote people’s livelihood.This paper first makes an analysis of the development situations of community library in Quanzhou City,as well as its limitations in civil reading promotion.Then,it puts forward some suggestions on how to give full play to community library’s participation in civil reading promotion,like to expand library marketing channels,to improve readers’participation in library activities,to carry out diversified reading promotion activities,to learn more about readers’demands,and to create a third cultural space.
