摘要
高校图书馆如何更好地规范科研项目经费采购图书途径及图书管理制度已成为当前图书馆界不可回避的问题,规范的管理制度有利于提高教师科研积极性及促进图书资产的管理。文章在对当前高校科研经费购买图书的途径及图书资产管理制度进行充分调查、比较的基础上,指出当前科研经费购买图书途径、管理制度存在的主要问题,从制度建设、明确图书馆角色定位、'统分'相结合的管理方法等方面提出改进管理的方案。
Nowadays,it is necessary for Chinese university libraries to think over how to standardize the acquisition of books with scientific research funds as well as the management of such books.Based on a thorough investigation of Chinese university libraries’asset management strategies regarding books purchased with scientific research funds,this paper first makes an analysis of current problems,and then puts forward some suggestions,Such as,to work out a better channel for book acquisition with scientific research funds,to improve the regulatory system,to clarify libraries’role in the management of such books,and to adopt new management methods.Such could not only promote teachers’enthusiasm for applying for scientific research funds,but also improve universities’management efficiency of state-owned assets.
