福建省科技创新能力评价及发展——基于闽、苏、浙、沪、皖的实证研究 被引量:4

The Evaluation and Development of Science and Technology Innovation Ability in Fujian Province: Based on an Empirical Study of Fujian, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai and Anhui

摘要 科技创新能力是决定区域经济增长绩效和竞争力的关键因素,而创新能力评价则是发现和弥补创新发展水平不足的科学手段。福建省近年来不断加大对科技创新的扶持力度,从时间纵向来看成果显著,但从省市横向来比却仍有差距。长三角四省市是我国科技创新能力相对领先的地区,基于福建同江苏、浙江、上海、安徽四省市科技创新能力进行比较,在以前研究的基础上构建了一套区域科技创新能力评价指标体系,结果发现,福建省在科技创新能力方面弱于长三角省市,通过分析影响福建省科技创新能力的主要制约因素,从而提出相应的对策建议。 Science and technology innovation capability is the key factor to determine the performance and competitiveness of regional economic growth,and innovation capability evaluation is a scientific means to find and make up for the deficiency of innovation development level.In recent years,Fujian has steadily increased its supports for scientific and technological innovation,and achieved remarkable results in terms of time,but there is still a gap between provinces and municipalities horizontally.Four provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Delta are relatively leading regions in science and technology innovation ability in China.Based on the comparison of science and technology innovation ability between Fujian and Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shanghai and Anhui provinces and cities,this paper constructs a set of evaluation index system of regional science and technology innovation ability on the basis of previous studies.The results show that Fujian province is weaker than provinces and cities in Yangtze River Delta in science and technology innovation ability.Through analysis of the main restrictive factors of scientific and technological innovation ability of Fujian,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
