浅谈西部“民族文化名县”建设中的问题与对策

The Question and Strategy of "Famous Country of Nationality Culture" In the Process of Developing West China

在西部大开发进程中,将某些历史文化悠久、自然景观优美的地区兴建为"民族文化大县"或"民族文化名县"的构想是值得鼓励与支持的。然而在具体实施中,会遭遇来自认识上的、生态基础上的以及经济发展方面的种种制约。为此,着重分析和探讨了建设西部"民族文化名县"的具体规划思路及建议。

It is worth encouraging and supporting to put forward to the slogan and developing strategy of 'Great country of nationality culture'or 'Famous eountiy of nationality culture' in the process of developing West China in many regions. However,in the construction of nationality culture,to some degree,there are many problems, such as different view-points,weaker social basis,serious destruction of cultural heritage and natural facilities, difficulty of cultural heritage and natural landscape,lake of representation or classical cultural facilities,difficulty of cultural construction investment,backward of fundamental installation construction,which restrain the smooth development of cultural construction,and even the whole cause of the development of West China.
