摘要
采用液 液微萃取和气相色谱法建立了卷烟烟气总粒相物中对、间甲酚总含量的分析方法。采用的检测器为火焰离子检测器 (FID) ,色谱柱为HP 35MS(30m× 0 .2 5mmi.d .× 0 .2 5 μmd .f.)。回收率为 95 .0 7%~ 97.5 5 %,RSD为 4 .2 2 %。
A method for determining the total p-, m-cresols in cigarette smoke was developed with the liquid-liquid micro-extraction and gas chromatography. The capillary column HP-35MS (30m×0.25mm i.d. ×0.25μm d.f.) and flame ionization detector were used. The recovery of p-cresol standard was within the range of 95.07%~ 97.55% and its RSD was about 4.22%.
