摘要
研究在盐酸介质中 ,BK弱碱性阴离子交换树脂吸附Au的过程。结果表明 ,树脂对金的吸附性能很好 ,Au的吸附量达 910mg/g干树脂 ,饱和树脂与Au摩尔比为 1 0 7,树脂吸附选择性好 ,贱金属除Bi外吸附率都很低 ,因此可用来从大量贱金属中吸附富集Au。吸附反应活化能与生成焓变化分别为 17 15kJ/mol和 19 98kJ·mol- 1 ·K- 1 。扫描电镜与能谱、红外与拉曼光谱研究表明 ,树脂吸附Au的形态为AuCl4 - 。
The adsorption of gold with BK big aperture weak alkaline tertiary amine resin is investigated in hydrochloric acid solution. The results show that gold can be perfectly adsorbed by the resin with good selectivity and high exchange capacity of 910mgAu/g dry resin. The mole ratio between saturated resin and gold is 1.07. Except bismuth, other base metals have low adsorption ratio, so the resin can be used to concentrate gold from large amount of base metals. The reaction activation energy and enthalpy are 17.15kJ/mol and 19.98kJ·mol -1 ·K -1 respectively. It is shown by the microcosmic study of the adsorption mechanism with Scanning Electron Microscope, Electron Spectroscopy, Infra red Spectrometry and Raman Instrumentation Techniques that gold absorbed is in the form of AuCl 4 - and the adsorption process proceeds from the surface to the center.
