摘要 以Mac 10为捕收剂 ,研究新桥硫铁矿高硫含铜矿石降低药剂成本、提高选矿指标的新工艺。结果表明 ,在石灰用量3kg/t、矿浆 pH 9 5左右、Mac 10用量 48g/t的条件下 ,采用Mac 10优先选铜工艺浮选新桥硫铁矿 ,可获得铜品位 14 2 8%、金品位 16 94g/t,铜回收率 84 47%、金回收率 3 4 42 %的铜精矿 ,与黄药工艺相比 ,铜精矿品位提高 3 97% ,铜回收率提高 1 2 6% ,铜精矿中金的品位和回收率分别提高 7 42 g/t和 8 64 %。 In order to reduce the regent cost and increase the beneficiation indexes of the floatation of copper ores with high sulfur content from Xinqiao Mining Industry Corporation, Tongling, Anhui, China, a novel ore dressing technology using Mac 10 as collector is investigated. The results indicate that under the condition of 3kg/t lime dosage, slurry pH at 9.5, 48g/t dosage of Mac 10, the copper concentrate with copper grade and recovery 14.28% and 84.47%, gold grade and recovery 16.94g/t and 34.42% respectively is produced by new process, the copper grade and recovery are increased by 3.97% and 1.26% respectively, and for gold in copper concentrate are 7.42g/t and 8.64% respectively, comparing to the current flowsheet.
