某含铅锌银矿浮选工艺研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用混合浮选和优先浮选工艺处理某含铅锌银矿综合回收银、铅和锌。混合浮选精矿Ag品位 5 0 2 8g/t ,银回收率94 11% ,铅的回收率 90 0 5 % ,锌的回收率 90 43 %。优先浮选银铅精矿含银 12 92 9g/t ,含铅 42 73 % ,银回收率 77 63 % ,铅回收率 80 0 5 % ,锌精矿含锌 5 6 5 6% ,锌回收率 82 0 5 % ,银的富集比和回收率均较高 ,铅锌综合回收效果也很好。虽然银与铅共生关系较密切 ,但在优先浮选工艺的锌精矿中银含量仍近 10 0 0 g/t,因而建议采用混合浮选工艺 ,通过冶金工艺处理混合精矿 ,分离和回收铅、锌和银。 A silver ore contained lead and zinc is floated with mixed and selective floatation technology respectively to comprehensively recover silver, lead and zinc In the mixed floatation concentrate, the grade of silver is 5028g/t, and the recoveries of silver, lead and zinc are 94 11%, 90 05% and 90 43% respectively By the selective floatation, the grades of silver and lead in Ag Pb concentrate are 12929g/t and 42 73%, the recoveries are 77 63% and 80 05%, respectively, and the grade and recovery of zinc in zinc concentrate are 56 56% and 82 05%. Although the silver is accreted with lead in the ore, there is still 1000g/t silver in zinc concentrate produced in selective floatation process, therefore, it is proposed that the ore is beneficiated with mixed floatation, then the mixed concentrate is treated by metallurgical process to separate and recover silver, lead and zinc, respectively.
