摘要
介绍土钉墙支护技术的设计、施工要点及其在减灾中心综合楼基坑边坡工程中的应用效果。结果表明 ,喷射混凝土强度均高于设计强度。采用ML -2 0型锚杆测试仪测试注浆土钉抗拔力平均为 2 4kN/m。土钉墙隐检合格 ,整体工程优良。工程竣工后 ,基坑边坡完整稳定、无裂纹 ,边坡的位移、沉降等监测结果均在设计允许值范围内 ,达到了预期目的。实践证明采用土钉墙技术进行基坑边坡支护 ,成本低、工期短、安全可靠 。
The key points of design and construction of the soil nailing wall support technique and its application results in the foundation pit slope project of the comprehensive building of Chinese Centre of Mitigating Natural Calamity are described. The results show that the strength of the penetrating concrete is higher than that designed, the average drawing resistance of the penetrated soil nailing wall is 24kN/m measured by the ML 20 anchor examiner. The hidden trouble test of the soil nailing wall is eligible, and the integer construction is excellent. While the construction is finished, foundation pit slope is stable and without crackle, and the measured displacement and subsidence etc of the slope are in the permitted ranges. It is proven by practice that the support of foundation pit slope by use of soil nailing wall technology is low in cost, short in schedule, reliable in security, and with economical and social benefits.
