摘要
介绍朝鲜平北冶炼厂利用我国湿法提砷技术处理含砷烟尘生产As2 O3的工艺设计。两段分别水浸烟道尘和灰斗尘 ,浸出液经澄清、脱色、浓缩结晶、洗涤等过程产出优质白砷。技术经济指标为 :砷回收率 ,5 8% ;烟道尘浸出率 ,5 8 6% ;灰斗尘浸出率 ,83 14 % ;活性炭粉消耗 ,119kg/t 白砷 ;蒸汽消耗 ,2 40t/t 白砷 ;电能消耗 ,460 0kW·h/t 白砷。废气、废水和废渣分别经过适当的处理 。
The technology design of arsenic recovery from copper smelting dust to produce As 2O 3 with hydrometallurgical process for Northern Pyongyang Smelter in Korea is described. The dust from flue and precipitator is leached with water respectively in two stage leaching process. Leaching solution is settled, discolored, concentrated, and the As 2O 3 is produced by crystallization, washing, etc. The technical index in design is as follows: arsenic recovery, 58%; leaching rate of arsenic in flue dust, 58.6%; leaching rate of arsenic in precipitator dust, 83.14%; consumption of activated charcoal, steam and power are 119kg, 240t and 4600kW·h per t As 2O 3, respectively. The waste gas, water and residue are properly treated in order to protect the environment and operator.
