摘要 高速切削 (high -speedcutting,简称为HSC)被认为是当今切削加工中最具发展前景的技术 ,受到人们的普遍重视。机床行业功能部件发展迅速 ,单元技术水平不断提高 ,技术开发朝着高速、高效、环保、智能化、机床功能复合化方向发展。探讨了高速切削的主轴系统、高速刀具系统、高速切削可以实现的目标。 High-speed cutting is considered as bright future technology now in cutting machining, being taken the matter seriously by public. The function parts of the world machine tool industry develop very quickly, the level of the unit technical constant improves, Technology exploit advance towards high-speed efficient, environmental protection, intelligence and compound of machine tool. Probe into direct system of high-speed cutting tool system, the target of high-speed cutting achieves the using of high-speed cutting, the problem need to resolve in high-speed cutting and so on.
