摘要
在高场强下用电声脉冲法(PEA)测量用等离子表面处理后的聚乙烯试样中空间电荷的分布,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察聚合物的表面形态,并用红外光谱(IR)分析结构特征。通过和纯聚乙烯试样的比较,研究使用等离子表面处理低密度聚乙烯后对空间电荷产生的影响并分析相应机理。可以看出等离子表面处理聚乙烯可以有效抑制空间电荷的产生。
Space charge distribution in polyethylene (PE) after surface treated by plasma was measured by pulsed electro-acoustic method (PEA) under a high electrical field. It was found that the surface modification of polyethylene by plasma reduced the formation of space charge. In order to explain the test results, the surface status and surface structure of polyethylene before and after being treated by plasma were measured by scanning electronic microscope (SEM) and infrared spectra (IR),respectively. The mechanism of surface modification of polyethylene by plasma was discussed.
