摘要
电力市场需要配套地提供多种辅助服务。无功辅助服务 (RPAS)是最关键的辅助服务之一,该文首先就单一时段,由无功辅助服务(RPAS)源所在节点的电压调控目标域,借助跟踪等值法优化潮流求得各RPAS源的无功功率调控目标域,并由此形成全时区内的调控目标时域曲线带。其次,基于各RPAS源的无功功率调控目标时域曲线带,提出了RPAS的目标带调控法。 该方法提供的电压和无功功 率调控目标时域曲线带为各RPAS源提供了调控的方向和调控量的大小。第三,对RPAS在具体调控和定量评估过程中需要注意的一些问题进行了分析,为在后续研究中选择合适的特征定量评估RPAS奠定了基础。最后,通过算例说明了目标带调控法的可行性。
In the power market, many kinds of ancillary services must be supplied. The reactive power ancillary service (RPAS) is one of the most important ancillary services. First, for one time period, according to regulating and controlling objective-regions of bus voltages, where RPAS sources link, this paper obtains regulating and controlling objective-regions of reactive power of RPAS sources by using tracking equivalent optimal power flow method. Organizing these regulating and controlling objective-regions along time axis, the paper also obtains regulating and controlling objective-belts of RPAS sources for whole time periods. Second, based on these belts, the paper proposes an objective-belt regulating and controlling method for RPAS. The belts formed by the method offer directions and magnitudes of regulations or controls for RPAS sources. Third, the paper analyzes some problems that must be paid attention to in the procedure of regulation, control and evaluation for RPAS, which establishes the foundation of features selection and quantitative evaluation of RPAS for the further researches. Last, the paper shows the feasibility of the method by examples.
