基于蒙特卡洛模拟的发电厂设备重要度分析 被引量:42

摘要 针对发电厂设备高度复杂性和关联性强的特点,用传统方法难以进行重要度分析的问题,在确定其重要度主要影响因素的基础上,建立了发电厂设备重要度评价指数。采用基于蒙特卡洛模拟的方法,对某发电厂的30台设备进行了重要度分析,并开发了通用计算程序。计算实例表明,该方法简便、有效,可用于发电厂设备的维修决策。 Aiming at the problems that the equipment in power plant is complex, highly correlated and difficult to make criticality evaluation by using traditional method, the criticality evaluation index of equipment in power plant is established on the basis of the decision of the main factors influencing the criticality. The criticality analysis on thirty equipments in a power plant is made based on Monte Carlo simulation method, and the calculation program in common use has been developed. It is shown by the instance that this method is convenient and effective, which can be used in making maintenance decision on equipment in power plant.
