建立了保护渣检测实验室,完善了保护渣物理性能的实验检测手段。介绍了连铸保护渣冶金性能检测系统的组成、实验原理、实验方法以及对比实验结果。该测试系统稳定性好、精度高,该系统的开发为连铸现场提供了准确可靠的技术数据,达到了用科学的手段指导生产和综合评价保护渣的目的。
The lab for testing protecting slag property was established and the means for measuring its physical property was improved. The construct, principle, method and results comparison of the sys-tem were introduced. The system has higher reliability and precision. The application of measuring system can give reliable results and guide for production.
