低泄漏高寿命刷式封严的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 以相似理论为依据,通过空气动力学的实验方法探索新型低泄漏高寿命3层片式刷式封严结构。以空气泄漏量作为评价指标,确定新型刷式封严结构的密封性并对其进行改进。实验结果表明:改进的3层片状刷式封严结构的密封泄漏特性优于简单的片状刷封结构;随着3层片状刷封进出口压差的增大,泄漏量也随之增大。 On the basis of the similarity theory,a new style of brush seals with low leakage and high endurance was studied experimentally in this paper.The brush seal structure was evaluated according to the measured experimental results.The results showed that:the leakage of the new brush seals was smaller than that of the old brush seals;the leakage difference between the two brush seals became larger with the increase of the pressure difference.
