高速热镦机排出的料芯、料饼在锻件原材料消耗定额中占很大的比例,对其加以利用将会提高材料利用率。介绍了用料芯、料饼加工锻件的工艺设计流程、方案及应用实例。
Materials left from high-speed hot-press forging has a large proportion in consume of rare material,reusing it can increase the utilization ratio of materials.The process flow of reuse and its application were introduced.
