介绍了对龙门刨床直流调速系统的改进,利用比例与积分分开调节的 PI 调节器来替代原有的 PI 调节器,用集成移相调速晶闸管来替代原系统中的可控硅整流装置,使调速智能化。通过改进,使龙门刨床的直流调速系统调节方便,灵敏性增强。

The improvement on the direct current speed regulating system of planner machine was introduced.In order to regulate the speed automatically,the old PI regulator and silicon controlled rectifier were respectively substituted for PI regulator with ratio and integral ways,and integrated and phase shifted speed governing silicon control.After improved,the direct current speed regulation system of planner could be regulated conveniently and the sensitivity was strengthened.
