摘要 根据理论公式和实际工艺 ,通过MATLAB软件进行结构尺寸优化 ,设计一种量程为 10 0 %应变的大量程引伸计。针对目前引伸计的安装方式不能消除载荷偏心影响 ,且夹持机构易产生附加力矩 ,导致线性度、重复性差 ,大量程测量产生不稳定等因素 。 In design of large range extensometer whose range is 100% strain, according to theory formulas and factual technics, using MATLAB to optimize the structure and size. The available method of fixing of extensometer can't eliminate eccentricity of load. The type of fastening would produce additional moment which has bad effects on linearity, repeatability and large range measurement. In this paper, the authors give improvements on the type of fastening also.
