摘要
分析了摩擦力和润滑油对少齿数渐开线齿轮副齿面赫兹应力的影响 ,并利用断裂力学的观点解释了少齿数渐开线齿轮副齿面疲劳点蚀的最终形成。
The article analyzed the influence of friction force and lubricating oil on H.Hertz stress,and explained the process of involute gear-pair's surface causing fatigue pitting in breaking mechanics theory, finally,drew a conclusion that fatigue pitting appeared at first in slower tooth flank. and which is in keeping with the fact of took flank failure.
