摘要
使用I DEAS软件分别计算了齿条刀具为普通圆弧形刀顶、椭圆形刀顶及单圆弧刀顶加工出的齿轮的齿根弯曲应力。在有限元模型及载荷的处理上与传统方法不同 。
The tooth bending stress of the gears cut by the cutters with ordinary circle arc cutter tip, the elliptic cutter tip and the single circle cutter tip are circulated by utilizing the large scale integrated Design Engineering Analysis software --I-DEAS; different from traditional methods, the authors have set up the accurate 2D FEA model and effective method to loads transacting and reached valuable conclusions.
