摘要
首先对PLM这种制造业全新的信息管理理念做了解析 ,指出BOM是其信息有机集成的纽带 ,并用IDEF0和IDEF1X给出了BOM配置管理的功能模型和信息模型 ,以这些模型为基础结合作者多年的工作实践 ,给出了一个非常有实用价值的BOM配置管理核心层的算法模型———BOM树深度遍历算法模型。该遍历算法是按先子后兄的顺序沿树的的深度方向对树进行遍历收缩。当两个制造BOM比较时 ,如果将其中一个BOM作为基准BOM ,而将另一个BOM看作比较BOM、生成比较BOM相对基准BOM的专用明细 。
The PLM(Product Lifecycle Management) ,which is the new idea of information management of manufacturing industry, was parsed in this paper, where BOM(Bill Of Material ) acted as connection of various information integrated. The function model and the information model had been introduced in IDEF0 and IDEF1X . Based on them and combined author's practicing experience, a valuable algorithm model about BOM configuration management had been researched, which was named BOM Depth Searching Algorithm Model.(BDSAM). BDSAM is designed to search the whole tree through the depth direction by the rule of 'Children First and Siblings Later'. This algorithm is especially useful when one manufacturing BOM (MBOM) is compared to another benchmark MBOM to generate its customized parts list
