摘要
提出了老式弯扭组合实验设备的缺点 ,通过对所测点A、B处应力应变状态分析 ,确立了设计超小型化弯扭组合实验装置的理论基础、设计原则 ,设计出了体积小 ,加载简单 ,结构尺寸合理 。
This paper pointed out outdated experimental device shortcomings of combined bending with torsion and established firmly theory base?design principles for designing superminiaturizational experimental device of combined bending with torsion through an analysis of stress and strain state at the measured pointed A(B) . Then we designed smaller volume more precise and more simply loaded superminiaturizational experimental device of combined bending with torsion whose structure measurements are more reasonable.
