摘要 介绍了平面正交光栅测量系统的构成、测量原理和测量轨迹的设计 ,提出了利用平面正交光栅进行数控机床运动误差测量。 The composition ,measuring principle and measuring locus of the cross grid encod er measuring system are introkuced .The new methods by employing the cross grid encoder to measure the motion error ,differentiate error parameters and draw th e error are presented.
