摘要
安装MS TTS Engine与MS Speech API,在Visual Basic 6.0中开发一个具有英文全文朗读功能的程序,该程序提供了一个方便用户操作的窗体界面,界面的文本框中是用户选择、输入或粘贴的要朗读的英文文档。
With Microsoft TTS Engine and Speech API installed, a program reading entire English text is developed inside Visual Basic 6.0. This program includes a form that offers an easy interface for the user. The selected, inputted or pasted text can be seen in the textbox of the form.
