摘要 分析了基于球杆仪的数控机床误差补偿测试原理 ,讨论了由于角度偏差引起的误差 ,指出基于球杆仪误差补偿模型的缺陷 。 The CNC machine tools compensation principle based on the magnetic bal l bar measurement have been analyzed. The model with angle deviation was detail discussed, correct model could be made by exactly angle measurement.
