摘要
通过对变速箱齿轮进行的各统计精度项目的检测、数据分析 ,对齿轮的制造质量及单个齿轮的整体精度进行统计评定。涉及的误差项目有齿廓、螺旋线、齿距及切向综合误差等多项。统计分析的结果 ,即可以提供单个被测齿轮各齿面之间轮廓形状与位置误差相关状况的信息 。
The entire accuracy of single gear and the manufacturing quality of ge ars are statistical evaluated through the detection and analyses of general stat istic accuracy terms to the gears in gearbox. The related terms are offered such as profile, helical line, pitch and tangential composite deviation and so on. T he result may provide the reliable information for diagnosing the deviation reso urces in the manufacturing technology system.
