介绍了SH-180镁铝质炉衬捣打料的组成、理化指标及性能特点、筑炉烘炉工艺及应用情况,并简要分析了该捣打料结构致密、抵抗高温钢液冲刷能力强的机理。
The ingredients,physico-chemical specifications,property character,furnace lining ramming and drying process,as well as application situation of the SH-180 type rammed magnesite-alumina furnace lining material was introduced.The mechanism of the dense construction, strong capacity to resist washing of high temperature molten steel was also briefly analyzed.
