摘要
通过等淬温度波动试验和小批量试制证明,球铁齿轮采用900±10℃保温1 h奥氏体化,然后370±10℃等温1 h的工艺,抗拉强度可超过950 MPa,伸长率超过5%,完全达到设计指标要求。
Tests with different isothermal temperatures and small batch trial production showed that by adopting the process of austenitizing at 900+10C for 1 hour and then isothermal quenching at 370+10C for 1 hour, the ADI gears with tensile strength higher than 950 MPa, elongation more than 5% can be obtained. The properties completely reached the design specification.
