摘要
在实际生产中建立一种动态预测铸造缺陷分析模型,并在应用中不断改进,逐渐适应所应用的条件,是一种行之有效的方法。探讨了人工神经网络用于铸造缺陷预测分析建模的可行性,给出了采用人工神经网络模型进行铸造缺陷预测结果。
To establish a kind of model in the practical production to dynamically analyze and predict casting defects and continually improve it during its application to adapt it to the application conditions is a effective method for the casting defects prediction. The feasibility to use the artificial nerve network (ANN) to establish the model for prediction and analyzing casting defects was discuessed, and the prediction result of using ANN model to predict casting defects was given.
