选择化学成分(W_B/%)为:3.40~3.65 C,1.7~2.0 Si,0.6~0.8 Mn,≤0.1 P,≤0.1 S,0.6~1.0 Cr,0.3~4.5 Mo,0.4~0.8 Cu的冷硬铸铁生产凸轮轴,并对工艺过程进行合理控制,从而控制冷硬铸铁的白口深度,达到凸轮轴耐磨的目的。
The camshaft with excellent wear resistance was obtained by using the chilled cast iron with composition of 3.40-3.65 C, 1.7-2.0 Si, 0.6-0.8 Mn, <0.1 P, <0.1 S, 0.6-1.0 Cr, 0.3-0.5 Mo, 0.4-0.8 Cu as its material and reasonably controlling the production process to deep proper chilling width of the chilled iron.
