摘要
作者利用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)技术,对重楼属植物11个种的遗传多样性进行了分析.12个引物共扩增出86条带,其中有82条(95 3%)表现出多态性,说明重楼属植物有很高的遗传多样性.用UPGMA法则构建分子系统树,并把11个种划分为6组.
Genetic diversity of 11 species of Paris were analyzed by RAPD makers with 12 primers in this research During 86 bands, 82 (953%) were polymorphic It show that paris has high genetic diversity And 11 species were divided into 6 clusters according to the dendrogram constructed by UPGMA method
