摘要
由于草浆中含有大量的硅、半纤维素和杂细胞,碱法草浆的黑液粘度较大。与硫酸盐木浆比较,麦草浆在多段洗涤过程中耗水量大,滤水性能和洗涤效率低。本文主要研究了麦草浆的洗涤性质以及硫酸盐木浆和非木材碱法浆的实验室模拟洗涤过程。结果表明:洗涤效率取决于洗涤水和浆悬浮液中黑液的浓度差别。
Due to large content of silicon,semi-cellulose and non-fiber elements,the black liquids of wheat straw al-kaline pulp showed a higher viscosity. Compared with kraft wood pulp,wheat straw pulp caused a higher water con-sumption, poor drainage property and a lower vvashing efficiency in a multiple-stage vvashing process. This work was mainly focused on the washing properties of wheat straw pulp,and the multi-stage washing processes were simulated in the lab for both kraft wood pulp and non-wood fiber alkaline pulp. The results suggested that the vvashing efficien-cy was controlled by the concentration differential of black liquid between washing water and pulp suspension, it would be of benefit to improving the multi-stage vvashing for the non-wood fiber pulp.
