摘要
利用快速混合停流时间分辨光谱研究了氧合血红蛋白与亚硝酸根的反应 .研究表明氧合血红蛋白和NO-2 的反应历程比较特殊 ,根据实验结果提出了合理的反应机理 .同时与氧合血红蛋白和过氧化亚硝酸离子的反应进行了对比 ,发现氧合血红蛋白和过氧化亚硝酸离子的反应具有双相反应动力学的特征 。
The oxidation reaction of oxyhemoglobin with nitrite has been studied kinetically in this paper. The results of comparative studies of the reaction between oxyhemoglobin and peroxynitrtie are also reported. The results show that the process of the oxidation of HbO 2 by peroxynitrite is biphasic. The kinetic curve at 406 nm for the reaction of oxyhemoglobin with nitrite is peculiar. For the first time a rapid-scan stopped-flow spectrophotometry study is presented yielding spectral and kinetic data of the reaction. In the meantime a reasonable mechanism is proposed.
