摘要 以腈基胍和无水甲酸为原料 ,不使用任何溶剂 ,在 118~ 12 0℃下直接生成脒基脲甲酸盐 ,用乙醇洗涤纯化 ,干燥后在烘箱中 14 5℃下进行固态无溶剂反应 ,脱水生成 5 氮杂胞嘧啶 .用水重结晶 ,产品纯度达到 98.5 %以上 ,总产率为 6 0 .0 % .该产品通过IR ,1HNMR ,13 CNMR检测 ,证实为 5 Treatment of cyanoguanidine with anhydrous formic acid at 118~120℃ without any solvent formed guanylurea. After being washed with ethanol and dried, the intermediate was put into a hot blast heater at 145℃, dehydrated through solid-state reaction and recrystallized from water to give 5-Azacytosine. The purity of the product is up to 98.5% and the overall yield is 60.0%. The structure of the production was confirmed by IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR.
