摘要
针对复杂系统中人为因素的重要性,给出了一种分析和设计大型复杂系统的方法:复合信息空间,重点讨论了系统中人为因素,人们之间的合作与协调。在复合信息空间基础上构建了"协同大厦",并设计了由信息空间、物理空间、认知空间和社会空间集成的协同环境。最后介绍了这些思想和方法在空中交通流量管理系统中的应用,着重讨论了系统中管制员的行为及其对系统可靠性的影响。实践证明,对于大型复杂系统(尤其是以人为中心的复杂系统),这些方法可以大大提高人们的工作效率,同时能充分保障系统的可靠性。
The composite information sp ace methodology has been developed to analyze large-scale complex systems, espe cially those involving human factors. The methodology was designed for human fac tors such as cooperation and coordination among system operators. The methodolog y was used to design a collaborative building environment integrating informati on spaces, physical spaces, cognitive spaces and social spaces. The methodology was then applied to an air traffic flow management system which was used to ana lyze the influence of the controllers' behavior on the system dependability. The methodology presented in this paper can increase work efficiency and ensure sys tem reliability of large-scale complex systems, especially human-centered syst ems.
