摘要
目的 :探讨对低位直肠癌结肠造口患者实施有效健康教育的模式。方法 :将 72例结肠造口患者分为实验组和对照组 ,实验组患者接受结肠造口相关知识规范化健康教育 ,对照组患者接受常规示教 ,采用卡方检验对健康教育效果进行统计对比。结果 :实验组在结肠造口相关知识掌握程度、造口自我照顾能力、遵医行为和对护士的工作满意度方面均高于对照组 ,结果有显著性差异。结论 :对低位直肠癌结肠造口患者实施规范化健康教育效果优于常规示教法。
Aim: To investigate the proper pattern of health education for rectal carcinoma patients after colostomy. Methods: Seventy-two rectal carcinoma patients were divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. Thirty-eight patients in experimental group received standardization health education on knowledge and skill about colostomy in hospital and after discharge, and thirty-four patients in control group were given routine health education only in hospital. The data was analyzed with chi-square test. Results: There is a significant difference between experimental group and control group in the rate of mastering knowledge and skill about colostomy, completing compliance behavior and expressing the satisfaction with nurses. Conclusion: The standardization health education on colostomy has a better effect on rectal carcinoma patients after colostomy than the routine one.
