摘要
首先分析了零组件的一般参数化设计的常见方法 ,针对存在的定位关系复杂组件 ,提出了一种基于装配关系的参数化设计方法。文中着重阐述了该设计方法的原理 ,即采用关联参数建立多个组件间的关联可以实现复杂组件的参数化建模。最后基于三维 CA D造型系统 U G平台 ,给出了航空发动机单级叶片和盘的整体参数化设计实例 。
According to the complex mechanical parts with multiple position relations, we proposed a method of parametric design based on assembly constraint relations. Its principle is introduced in detail. Using relation parameters, the parametric model is built for complex assembly parts. A parametric design model is established for the blade and disk of aeroengine on 3D UG/CAD system. Finally, a practical example proves the feasibility of the method.
