闪光银粉漆的生产工艺研究

Study on Productive Technology of Sparkling Powder Coating

研究了闪光漆的生产工艺,通过优选闪光粉及助剂用量、配套底漆、罩光漆,选择适宜的施工条件,得到性能优异、储存稳定的丙烯酸氨基闪光漆产品 结果表明,丙烯酸树脂酸值应在20～26之间,加入适量的闪光粉、防沉剂和银粉定向剂,得到的漆膜光亮丰满,防腐性。

The productive technique of sparkling powder coating is studied. By choosing suitable dosage of sparkling powder , auxiliary, primer and covering lacquer,the excellent and stable product can be obtained under the optimum productive conditions. The results show that the acid value of the acrylic resin should be controlled within 20～26,sparkling powder and directional agent of sparkling aluminium powder can be added to the sparcling coating to prevent precipitation. 
