摘要
基于空间双自由度包络运动理论 ,对渐开线锥形齿轮的滚削原理进行了深入的研究。首先通过分解滚切运动 ,由空间任意点相对速度的啮合接触条件 ,分析了滚刀作平移运动所包络出的产形齿条齿面 ,并求解了其主要参数。进而通过对滚刀、产形齿条及锥形齿轮三者之间空间几何关系的分析 ,从理论上阐明了锥形齿轮的滚齿加工原理并推导了机床调整参数的计算公式。理论和试验的结果表明 。
Based on space meshing theory, the hobbing principle of conical involute gears is studied. First, we simplified the two-degree-of-freedom enveloping motion into two one-degree-of-freedom conjugate tooth surface problems, analyzed the imaginary generating rack and tooth surface enveloped by hob′s translational motion, and calculated its major parameters. Then the formulae for calculating machine tool adjustment parameters on hobbing are derived by the study of spatial meshing principle among hobbing cutter, imaginary generating rack and gear. Finally, the test gears are made for trial, tooth bearing tests are performed, and it is proved that this design is correct and effective.
