摘要
采用SDS -PAGE不连续凝胶电泳测得根霉产纤溶酶相对分子质量为 1 80 0 0 ;用SephacrylS -1 0 0凝胶过滤法测得该纤溶酶相对分子质量为 1 660 0 .结果表明
The molecular weight of thrombolytic enzyme from Rhizopus Chinesis was 18000 by SDS polyacrylanide gel electrophorisis.And it was 16600 determined by Sepharcry1 S-100 gel filtration chromatography.The results showed that the enzyme was composed of single subunit.
