应用故障树法分析γ-Al_2O_3涂层质量的影响因素 被引量:2

摘要 应用故障树分析法 ,找到导致 γ- Al2 O3 涂层质量不好的 1 8个基本因素。应用故障树分析原理 ,对这 1 8个因素的结构重要度进行了详细的分析。根据分析结果 ,结合大量实验数据和事实系统讨论了这 1 8个因素对 γ- Al2 O3 涂层质量的影响程度。研究结果表明 ,焙烧温度、焙烧时间、造孔剂种类及用量对涂层质量影响最大 ;应用故障树法分析 γ- Al2 O3 涂层质量的影响因素是可行的 ,能给实验研究提供一定的理论指导。 Fault tree analysis (FTA) was applied in present paper to find out the major factors, which took heavily impacts on qualities of the γ-Al 2O 3 coatings. And eighteen preparation parameters were resulted from the analysis, as the major events for controlling the coatings qualities. Structure-weight of the eighteen factors was also calculated in detail in the paper. Then the importance of the eighteen events was discussed systematically based on large amount of experiments. It was concluded that sintering temperature and time as well as pore-forming additives and their content are major parameters for quality control of γ-Al 2O 3 coatings. In the end, fault tree analysis is believed naturally to be used to analyze the factors affecting the qualities of γ-Al 2O 3 coatings. And this analysis technology can provide certain useful theoretical guidance for the preparation of γ-Al 2O 3 coatings.
