摘要
利用自制的复合絮凝剂 XG处理多种工业废水 ,研究了废水处理工艺过程和处理条件对絮凝剂处理废水效果的影响。实验结果表明 ,XG应用于造纸、毛巾厂、化工等工业废水处理 ,CODCr去除率达 75%~ 80 % ,脱色率 >80 % ,处理操作工艺简单 ,成本低 ,处理效果优于聚合氯化铝。
The present paper aims to introduce a new approach to industrial wastewater processing by using the author's self-made compound flocculant. To test the new approach, the author has investigated all the factors involved that may affect wastewater processing, such as pH, amount of compound flocculant, time and agitating-rate, etc. Furthermore, he has also optimized the process parameters for flocculating properties and improved on the dissolving process. The results show that the flocculant is superior to poly-aluminum chloride with simple technology, easy operation, COD removal rate of 75%~80% and decolorizing rate of 80%. The compound flocculant has also proved to be highly satisfactory in treating toweling, papermaking and chemical industrial wastewater.
