胆心综合征386例外科围手术治疗

The treatment on 386 cases of gallbladder cardiac syndrome before surgical operation

目的 :胆心综合征患者经围手术治疗 ,观察术前术后临床症状与心电图变化。方法 :胆心综合征患者 386例经围手术治疗 ,观察术前术后临床症状、心绞痛发作次数及持续时间、硝酸脂类药用量、心电图 ST- T变化与心律失常。结果 :胆心综合征患者经围手术治疗 ,手术切除胆囊后 ,心脏情况及心电图较术前显著改善 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :胆心综合征患者围手术治疗后可获得手术成功 ,症状消失或减轻 ,心电图显著改善。

AIM: To observe the changes of the gallbladder cardiac syndrome(GCS) patients' clinical symptoms and electrocardiogram during the pre-surgical operation and post-surgical operation when they were treated before surgical operation. METHODS: 386 Cases of GCS patients were given the treatment before surgical operation for observing their clinical symptoms, happening frequencies and lasting times of angina pectoris, the quantities of medicine of nitrate, the changes of electrocardiogram ST-T and arrhythmias during the pre-surgical operation and post-surgical operation. RESULTS: When the GCS patients are given an effective treatment before surgical operation the condition of their hearts and their electrocardiograms are obviously changed better than those of the pre-operation after the surgical operation(P<0.01). CONCLUSION: The surgical operation on the GCS patients can be successfully obtained and their symptoms may disappear or alleviate and their electrocardiograms can remarkably be improved when they are given a pre-surgical operational treatment.
