120例膝骨关节病X线影像分析及手法治疗

Analysis of 120 X-ray Images of Knee Osteoarthropathy and Its Manipulation Treatment

目的 :根据X线片显示的膝骨关节病影像 ,探讨膝骨关节病的发病规律及手法治疗选择方法的客观依据。方法 :膝关节按部位分为四区 ,随机收集 1 2 0例膝骨关节病X线片按性别、年龄、病变、病位进行统计、分析。结果 :(1 )患病以女性为多 ,占 78.3 % ;且患病年龄较男性早 9年左右。 (2 )患者以 5 0～ 69岁年龄段最高 ,占 68.4%。 (3 ) 40～ 49岁段病变一般为早、中期 ,5 0岁以后渐发展为中、后期。 (4 )病变高发区首选髌股关节。结论 :X线影像可为膝骨关节病的手法治疗提供选择方法的客观参考依据。

Objective:According to the X-ray images of Knee Osteoarthropathy, the regulation of the onset of this disease and objective evidence of its manipulation treatment were discussed and probed into.Methods:120 X-rays of Knee Osteoarthropathy were randomly collected and statistically analyzed according to the patients' sex, age, pathologic changes and the location of the disease.Results:(1) Most of the patients are women, which occupied 78.3% and they are about 9 years earlier than men for suffering this disease; (2) Most of the patients are aged 50 to 69 years, which occupied 68.4%; (3) Pathologic changes of Knee Osteoarthropathy between the ages of 40 and 49 years are usually considered to be the early and metaphase. After age 50, it gradually develops to be the metaphase and advanced stage; (4) The highly occurred area of Knee Osteoarthropathy is the joint between the patella and femus.Conclusion:X-ray images can provide objective and reference evidence for treating Knee Osteoarthropathy by manipulations.
