长期应用全胃肠外营养支持 (TPN)的短肠综合征患者在出现肝功能损害、肝功能衰竭时要求作肝肠联合移植。肝肠联合移植是一种新型的难度极大的移植术 ,在国内和亚洲地区还未见报道。作者就肝肠联合移植的历史、适应证、免疫学特点、外科技术进展、围手术期的处理和并发症等作以下综述 。

Patients with short bowel syndrome may suffer from severe hepatic complications such as hepatic failure after long term total parental nutrition,these patients require combined liver intestinal transplantation(CLIT). The current status of CLIT including history,indications,immunological characteristics,surgical progress,perioperative treatment and complications of CLIT will be reviewed.
